Donnell's expertise in styling and fashion direction is well-established. He previously served as the US Online Styling Editor and Style Director for MR PORTER, where he led a team of eight menswear stylists, providing training and professional development opportunities. His contributions played a crucial role in shaping the online styling presence of the brand.
Prior to his role at MR PORTER, Donnell held prominent styling positions, including a significant role as the Menswear Styling Manager for RalphLauren.com and the wholesale division. In this capacity, he not only managed styling operations but also represented Ralph Lauren as a brand ambassador for external e-commerce clients.

She is a Civil Engineer and began her professional path as a Project Engineer, Owner's Representative, and Project Manager in the construction industry. In these roles, she honed her skills in project management and procurement. After gaining valuable experience in the construction field, Courtney transitioned into the fashion industry a decade ago.
In her current role at MR BALDWIN STYLE, Courtney leverages her strong analytical abilities, procurement expertise, and project management skills to oversee the business operations, VIP styling, and production aspects of the company. Her diverse background enables her to bring a unique perspective and effective management strategies to the fashion world, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and the overall success of MR BALDWIN STYLE.
